Throughout her career, Amy has been instrumental in the start-up and scaling up of two successful businesses: The Meikle Files (now Elkiem) within the high-performance leadership and training sector, and Digital Stampede, a digital marketing agency that integrated into The Zoo Republic.
At The Meikle Files, she worked closely with the Founder and CEO, researching and diagnosing cultural performance trends and behaviours, as well as implementing organisation-wide leadership and change management programs. The conclusions drawn from Andrew Meikle’s interviews on high-performance environmental structures continue to inform Gray’s work today.
As a co-founder and COO of Digital Stampede and The Zoo Republic, Gray’s ownership stake in the company granted her a unique, hands-on understanding of the structural, financial, and cultural challenges inherent to leadership.
For the past ten years Amy has been bringing her experience and curiosity to support and develop leaders across a diverse set of industries at various stages of business maturity.
